What does the setup fee include?

This is not a "software subscription" where you put in your credit card and never talk to anyone ever again. We help you integrate your social media accounts, Google accounts, email, calendar, payment processing (if applicable), and make sure all your data, email templates, pages, and automations are branded to you. We then schedule an implementation call to help you build out and deploy automations that will impact your business and be in action by the time you get off the call. Your system will be customized and working for you and we spend the time to make sure that it is.

How long does it take to get set up?

Once you have completed your setup checklist, our team sets up your account with your information, contacts, etc. You then select a tech set-up call time with our team to assist you with integrating your social media accounts, email, calendar, etc. IF you would like to do that on your own, you certainly can do so and get started right away!

What are the support hours?

Our team is supporting your users 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and responding to your requests with an average response time of 93 seconds.

What sort of training do you offer?

We know that the success and results of any tool is dependent on the user’s ability to use it.  So, our team takes you through a 1-on-1 onboarding and training process that ensures you are set up and trained right away.  We also have step-by-step help articles and tutorials in addition to 24 hour chat support for any questions, issues, or how to’s. 

Do you have any sort of guarantee?

Absolutely. You have 30 days to be blown away or we'll refund every penny.  If you are onboarded, are using the tools, and are not completely blown away by the value and support you are getting, you can absolutely cancel and receive your full subscription fee back. *However, your onboarding fee is not refundable.

How does email and messaging data work?

Like any messaging or email tool, each message has a cost. Your account comes w/ a pre-loaded $10 data credit (which gets you approx. 14,000 emails/mo. If you have a large list (and we hope if you don't now, you will get there fast!) then you are charged per email above the allotted amount so that you only pay what you use and as you grow!
